About
Although Rocky Mountain Log & Saw Co., LLC (RMLS) was established in 2006, we have been logging and selling firewood for over 25 years. The owner and operator, Chad Uthmann, started cutting and selling firewood since he was 18 years old. Now he is training his two teenage sons with the operations. We are a small, family-owned and operated business just outside of Fort Collins, CO. Even though we are small, we have the equipment to take on any job.
Our Services & Products
We provide custom logging for beetle-killed or burned tree removal, right-of-ways, and tree thinning to the Colorado front range and mountain areas. We can also load and haul logs with our truck-mounted loaders and log trucks. We process firewood and hand-peel logs.

Uthmann Enterprises, LLC is a local trucking company that specializes in moving heavy equipment, oversize loads, as well as hay, construction materials, logs, moss rocks and more. We have a variety of trucks to fit the job. This business gives us the ability to haul RMLS's logs out of the logging sites and deliver to customers.
